PC Consultants is the Isle of Wight’s most important provider of trusted IT Solutions and Support.
Working with a cross section of Island technology users and increasingly the provider of choice for multiple financial services as well as, significantly, high net-worth individuals within Central London, our independently owned company was founded by Mike Parsons and Sean Colson from whom PC Consultants derives its name.
2023 marked our 30th year in business, a major milestone and achievement. Our success is impressive by any measure and has been achieved through our unique approach to business, driven by a highly motivated team who see excellence in all they do as a measure of themselves.
Our growing 25strong professional team are custodians of this ethos, all island-based people and operating from our newly extended and fully refurbished offices in Ryde, alongside a satellite office in Cowes. As a team, they provide IT Systems Support and Consultancy Services to hundreds of businesses, schools and private clients across the Island in addition to a select number of leading businesses in the City of London and Internationally.
We take pride in the fact that clients such as Vectis Housing, Lifeline and Cowes Yacht Haven have been with us since our creation over 30 years ago, all embracing our team as an extension of their own organisations - a highly valued position of trust.
More than ever, we understand the importance of our role in supporting and helping guide businesses, irrespective of size and sector, to ensure that the IT Systems and advice they depend upon truly helps them to deliver on their own individual business needs and aspirations. One reason why our service is available 24x7x365 at no additional cost, through contracts which are flexible and have no ‘tie-in’ clauses. Our clients remain by choice, and the connection is trust!
The level of customer orientation delivered by our team in all we do is reflected in an independent survey which confirms that 99.1% of our clients rate the service we provide as ‘Excellent’ and the remaining 0.9% as ‘Good’. We have won the coveted Professional and BusinessServices Award and Growth Business of the Year awards at previous Chamber ofCommerce Awards for Excellence. It is further testimony to this positive client association and to our ethos as a business.
